Embroidered items require an additional day for processing. Please allow 1 extra day for embroidering 1 to 3 items, 2 extra days for 4 to 8 items, and 3 extra days for 9 items or more.
Please call us for time estimate, if there are more than 20 items.
CHOOSING FONTS AND FONT STYLES
Circle Monogram and Interlocking Monogram require 3 initials to be entered as First-Last-Middle.
Script, Victoria Outline, Century, Roman and Old English fonts will be embroidered exactly the way the text information is entered on the order form. Embroidered initials using these fonts will appear as First-Middle-Last. These fonts are not used for monograms so all of the initials will appear the same size and are considered “straight” initials.
We reserve the right to change the font style chosen by the customer when we deem it necessary to enhance the look of the resulting personalized product. If you do not select a font style, we'll select one for you. You will not be notified by email or phone.
ENTERING PERSONALIZATION INFORMATION
Embroidery of first names will appear with the first letter capitalized and the remainder in lowercase.
It is your responsibility to enter the information correctly. We will embroider all text exactly as it appears on the order form, including upper and lower case letters.
Please specify special instructions in the "Comment" box.
If you want to order more than one item to be personalized then order each item separately and enter the text to be embroidered individually for each item.

Embroidery will be in one area per item. There is a $2 charge for changing the location of the embroidery, please call us to see it the location can be changed.
