• Because we stock most of our inventory like our embroiderable bags, engravable bridesmaids and groomsmen gifts, we can be more flexible. We can engrave and personalize most of our products up to 20 characters, up to how many lines you like or in any format. We let you choose different font styles and different thread colors. We frequently accommodate special request because we can, we our in-house personalization experts, we can even ship the next day if you desire.
• We don’t charge a re-stocking fee for returned merchandise that are received in excess of 15 days from the original UPS delivery date, but within 30 days of delivery, shall be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please note that not all returns will be accepted for credit, this will be evaluated on a case by case basis. We allow for returns for all non-personalized products.
• We actually answer our phone. We have 3 to 4 customer services representative any given time helping customers with their orders and making sure that every detail is logged into their order to ensure that all shipments leave our warehouse on a timely manner.
